Hey Toronto, Sin Worthy is helping you to prioritize your pleasure this summer by using your very own PRP to have yes - your best sex ever.

What is PRP?:

PRP( Platelet Rich Plasma) is a treatment where a small amount of your blood (20ml) is drawn and spun down to draw out your platelets (one of the components in your blood). Platelets play a key part in helping with healing, and can be injected into a variety of areas, including female sexual organs such as the clitoris, vulva and vagina (yes, that's right, we can address a variety of concerns down there).

How do you get PRP

How it works:

The PRP is rich in clotting and regenerative cells to help with healing and repair. It can be used to enhance treated areas. When PRP is injected it creates a healing cascade which helps to stimulate nerve endings and enhance blood supply. It also is rich in growth factors which help to stimulate new cells and increase sensitivity to existing cells and thicken tissues by increasing collagen and elastin formation. It is very well established and safe as a treatment option and is used in a variety of cosmetic and sexual wellness treatments. It can be particularly helpful in treating female sexual dysfunction and problems with orgasms (which affect 25% of all women). It can also help to enhance your sexual experience (better sex), desire and libido and heighten the quality of your orgasms. In addition, it can increase lubrication and reduce pain with intercourse.

What to expect:

The whole visit can be done in 30 minutes, it's quick and relatively pain free. Initially we do a blood draw from your arm and apply a topical numbing cream to make you more comfortable. The procedure involves very small injections into the treatment areas with PRP. Patients may feel a small pinch and pressure like sensation which resolves quickly after the treatment is done.

Post Care:

There is very little downtime with this procedure and minimal post procedure concerns. Immediately after the treatment there may be some mild sensitivity or swelling. Patients should avoid touching the area and hold off on intercourse or tampon use for 48hrs. You can resume regular activity and exercise the next day.

How often do we do PRP down there?:

While each treatment result can vary from patient to patient, we recommend 3 treatments 1 month apart with a maintenance treatment 1-2 times a year.
